This is my weight Loss/Personal blog. I'm losing weight the healthy way and I'm also working on gaining confidence and self-esteem. I'm enjoying my new lifestyle now, I'm not starving, I do yoga, I workout at least three times a week & I feel great.
Losing weight shouldn't feel like a chore, learn to enjoy it.
